Cancellation Policy
Refund
- If you need to cancel your registration, cancellation notice must be made in writing and received by NJSC prior to October 8, 2019. Cancellations should be directed to: registration@njscienceconvention.org .
- Cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
- Registration fees are fully transferable; if you need to cancel you are strongly encouraged to send a colleague in your place. To transfer your registration to another person, NJSC must receive written authorization from an authorizing district administrator to change the registrant/registration order.
Refund
- A full refund of registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee, will be granted for all written cancellation requests received by October 8, 2019. Cancellations received after 10/8/19 are not guaranteed refund.
- Refunds will be issued based on the manner of payment after convention in the most timely manner. Refunds will not be processed at the conference and there are no refunds for no-shows.

(2) Do I need to register for each program?
- No. Admission to all programs is issued on a first-come basis.
- Seats may not be held for others.
- However, a Convention Registration badge is required for admission to all programs and must be worn by all participants.
- Please note that the limit for most hands-on programs will be 24.
(3) How will presenters share their documents with us?
NJSC will again be offering the opportunity for presenters to share documents using Edmodo. Some presenters will prefer to share their documents during their sessions. All Convention registrants will receive a code to access all documents shared via Edmodo.com following the Convention. |
(4) Is lunch included?
Lunch is included as part of your paid registration. Complimentary snacks, soft drinks, water, coffee and tea are available at the conference center's kiosks throughout the day.

By registering for the NJ Science Convention, you grant permission to NJSC, NJSTA and NJSELA to take and use your photo in marketing and promotion pieces for an indefinite period of time. Marketing and promotional pieces include, but are not limited to, printed brochures, reports, postcards, flyers and materials, as well as online uses such as postings on NJSC, NJSTA, NJSELA websites, online newsletters and email blasts. NJSC, NJSTA, NJSELA shall own all rights, including copyrights, in and to the photos.
